We take what we have learned from the Initial Consultation and, applying a unique combination of tried-and-tested working models, we develop a schedule of activities most likely to achieve your desired outcome.
3. Solution Presentation: We present our solution to you in an online working document in plain english. You can then begin to think about which activities you would like to do in-house, and which ones you will outsource.
4. Practical consultancy: We sit down with you, and/or your allocated staff members and explain what work is involved to achieve your objectives online. We also work out a schedule of training for getting your people up-to-speed and comfortable with the tasks you wish to do in-house.
